Job Description

The Work Management Compliance Administrator will join a team of 3 as one of the central Building Maintenance liaisons for all client invoicing and will work with internal and external stakeholders to manage the timely processing of reimbursable invoices related to building maintenance scope of works.

The Compliance Administrator will ensure all invoiced works comply with all relevant contract conditions, including the risk transfer schedule.

Validate all works for the client/s for data accuracy and ensure all necessary information has been collated to support the work completion. This includes client approvals, quotes, photographic evidence and cost accuracy

Responsible for generating the monthly reimbursable invoice in a timely manner with all supporting documentation in place.

Monitor and issue process non-compliances.

Reviewing non invoiceable works compliance to relevant contract terms and reporting on potential un-recovered revenues.

Provide relief coverage for Work Management Reporting Administrator to distribute weekly/monthly mandatory contract reporting.

Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance to the contractual obligations.

Perform other work management compliance activities administration or maintenance related duties, as may be required, to ensure all mandated services are delivered.

Qualifications

Computer literate with intermediate / advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel

Excellent communication skills, both written, oral and diplomacy

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to follow direction, prioritize work and work with little or no supervision

Positive “can do” attitude, and self-motivated

Basic understanding of Asset Life cycle management (ISO 550K)

Sound understanding of work management practices, master data management, and continuous improvement actions (Plan, Do, Check, Act)

At least 2 years working in compliance, contracts or data analysis role, preferably in resource sector

Experience in maintenance management systems

Is a role model of Sodexo behaviors and values

Current C Class driver’s license
