Chef manager needed to take control of all aspects of a site, manage and build a small team, keep on top of all OH&S compliance, office work, grow sales and develop relationship with client whilst manintaing a consistent offering and level of service.

In this role you will manage a small team, while working in a hands on role.
Responsibilities include: Manage kitchen and client, all ordering, staffing, compliance, cooking, menu planning, all paperwork and compliance

Qualifications and attributes:
- Trade Certificate or Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Food Handling Certificate
- A strong understanding of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness
- Strong cooking and food preparation skills including knife skills are essential
- Experienced cooking high volume basic canteen style meals
- Chef and management experience necessary
The position is for mon - fri day shifts, no weekends, no public holidays, work is considered essential, work is consistant stable does not fluctuate with the market.
