Job Description

We are currently looking for an IS&T Support Analyst (Level 2) to join our team in the Balcatta Support Centre and to take ownership for the resolution and escalation of complex issues as well as ensuring further escalation and follow up with Level 3 teams where assistance is required. You will help support internal and external applications including but not limited to O365, CRM, SAP, SharePoint and POS, etc, including application configuration and deployments for both computers and mobile devices. 

You will also work with vendors, new and old to assess products, identify and implement new vendors where products will add value to the business. We are also responsible for the deployment of computer hardware such as desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile phones and point of sale for large-scale mobilisation projects. The role also entails effective level 2/3 support to the Perth office as well as remote sites, advising and assisting with medium to large projects. 

The job will also be responsible for the administration and support of information and office systems (Software and Hardware), applications and the telephony system, but also the hardware infrastructure and systems at remotes sites. This includes physical onsite implementation of hardware and infrastructure. Obtain and maintain a detailed knowledge of Sodexo's business systems and information solutions. Assistance in IS&T documentation and Knowledge Base maintenance and be responsible for sharing information and best practice within the team. 

Being a subject matter expert we expect you will maintain and continually improve the delivery and support of Sodexo Australia’s technical and administrative systems. Provide technical advice to our internal customers. Arrange logistics for the shipping and receipt of computer hardware and other IT goods. Travel to remote sites and install IT equipment such as network, internet, computers, printers and POS. Ensure all relevant ICT records are updated whenever appropriate, such as the Asset database, site address information etc. Manage application deployment, configuration changes and MDT image configuration. Adhere to the health, safety, environmental and quality standards, policies and procedures and for proactively acting in a manner that supports a healthy and safe work environment, including the reporting of incidents and hazards.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Taking ownership of Level 2 support requests and offering guidance to the Level 1 Service Desk members on issues including: User management and access control, Software installation and support, the build and deployment of computer assets such as laptops, desktops, tablets (Android & iOS), smartphones, printers, internet modems (Cisco Meraki), EFTPOS and Micros Point of Sale. Assisting the System Administrators on level 2 analysis of faults such as Cabling & Patching, Wireless routing/Access points, Networks, etc.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have very strong knowledge with Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10. Will have a work good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint Online. Be competent with Mobile Device Management solutions, remote desktops tools, network and communications configuration. Ideally you will have an IT related qualification, ITIL certified, strong time management skills, ability to manage many conflicting priorities and the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment. You take initiative and drive project deliverables in a time constrained environment. Must be willing to travel to our sites. Will have a customer focused 'can do' attitude.
