About the Role

Sodexo are seeking a suitably qualified and highly motivated Gatehouse Receptionist to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis working from 2 pm until 6 pm Monday to Friday at our client site in Bathurst.

As the Gatehouse Receptionist your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Taking temperatures for visitors, clients and staff as they enter site
• Ensuring premises are always secured and safe for staff and visitors
• Monitoring alarm systems
• Responding to any issues that arise on site
• Ensuring compliance is adhered to at all times
• Providing guidance, observing, reporting and attending to other administrative tasks as requested

Suitable applicants must have:

• Previous experience in an industrial/warehouse type environment
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• High attention to detail and very good computer and technology skills across database management and microsoft products
• Have extensive customer service experience
