About The Job

We are looking for a Casual Cook to join our team at our client site in Virginia. this is a casual role offering up to 15hrs per week.  The role would ideally suit if you want to work a few days / nights per week.  We have three shifts offering flexibility to provide a great work life balance.    

We have 2 shifts available:

• 15hrs per week - Sunday and Monday nights from 10.30pm to 3.15am and Friday morning from 7.00am to 11.00am
• 15hrs per week -  Sunday to Thursday nights from 22.30 to 3.15am

About You

You are an experienced Cook who has 2 years experience in a kitchen.  You may be working in a fast food or take-away role or in a restaurant.    

• You are an experienced Cook who enjoys working in a team.
• Certificate II in Commercial Cookery and food safety handling certificate is ideal but not mandatory
• Cooking basic canteen items including burgers, sandwiches, wraps, whips
• Basic cooking using commercial kitchen equipment 
• Washing of dishes and cleaning of food preparation areas
