Job Description

We are currently seeking an IS&T Support Analyst (Level 2) to take ownership for the resolution and escalation of complex issues as well as ensuring further escalation and follow up with Level 3 teams where assistance is required. You will help support internal and external applications including but not limited to O365, CRM, SAP and POS, etc, including application configuration and deployments for both computers and mobile devices.

About the role:

  • Providing excellent customer service and support for Sodexo systems
  • Work with vendors to identify and implement new products
  • Deploy hardware to relevant stakeholders within the business
  • Aid remote sites within the business regarding hardware and software issues
  • Build a thorough understanding of Sodexo’s business systems
  • Assist with documentation and information sharing within the team
  • Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness and labelling of any IT Equipment in any On Premise Computer Rooms or Storage areas
  • Manage e-waste accordingly
  • Maintain accuracy of the IT Asset Management System
  • As a subject matter expert, maintain and continually improve the delivery and support of Sodexo Australia’s technical and administrative systems. 
  • Continually learn and develop professional technical and soft skills that are relevant to this role
  • Escalate any security or other risks identified during general daily activity.
  • Mentor and cross train new members of the ICT team to ensure information and knowledge transfer
  • Ensure all relevant ICT Procedures & Processes are followed.
  • Ensure Service Levels agreements (SLA’s) are achieved 
  • Providing onsite IT Support for business mobilizations / demobilizations across Australia as and when required

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years working in a similar role
