Job Description
Reporting to the Process Engineer - Water Quality Treatment the Water Network Support Officer is responsible for:
Supporting in producing work plans ensuring the right scope, sequence, and resources,
Assist in producing detailed analysis, information and reports on maintenance, service, condition, and performance monitoring,
Ensure Defect Correction is undertaken within response times,
Plan and prioritize work effectively utilizing human resources, materials, and procedures,
Clearly communicates the agreed plan and schedule to all stakeholders for endorsement and execution commitment,
Analysis of work service requests ensuring it is correct and correct risk rating is applied prior to processing,
Assist with the preparation of predictive and preventive maintenance plans to meet equipment performance specifications,
Liaising with vendors for quotes and ensuring Purchase Requisitions are submitted,
Effectively communicate the maintenance plan strategy to all relevant personnel including service technicians and Subcontractors, and
Monitoring wastewater and potable water compliance.
Qualifications
Cert III Water Treatment
Minimum of 2 years experienced in maintenance and resource planning
Additional Information
Ability to perform well under pressure
Ability to manage multiple tasks at any one time
Computer literate with intermediate / advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills, both written, oral and diplomacy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail, ability to prioritize
Ability to follow direction and work with little or no supervision
