We’re looking for a HR/ER Advisor to provide expert advice, pragmatic guidance, and support across a broad range of people-related matters. This role is permanent full time and based in Balcatta, Perth.

HR/ER Advisors deliver reliable support and guidance to enable operational excellence and play a vital role in Sodexo’s matrix structure, engaging with operational leaders, HR Business Partners, employees, subject matter experts and HR Advisory peers across Australia.

The successful applicant will be responsible for performance management, disciplinary processes, long term injury management and capacity cases, internal investigations, grievance management, mobilisation and demobilisation support, and structural reviews.

You take pride in delivering work to the highest standard, with excellent time management and teamwork skills and have the ability to work independently and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

To be successful, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources (or related field)
  • Previous experience in human resources (or related field)
  • Experience preparing and representing in external conciliations would be advantageous
