Job Description

The Graphic & Designer is a proactive, multi-tasker with a “can-do” attitude. This position will be responsible for delivering consumer facing creative for Sodexo managed remote sites. You will be responsible for ensuring a consistent and high-quality brand appearance across our channels and consumer touchpoints. You need to be able to balance creativity with rational thinking.  You're able to visualize your ideas in an iterative approach to drive consumer actions. Must be flexible, with the sense that changes are inevitable and must be addressed head-on. Additionally your talent to break down complex matters into easy-to-understand visuals is appreciated for innovation workshops, internal meetings, and events. Your practice extends from apps to websites, including illustrations and animation asset production.

Qualifications

  • Strong graphic design skills with demonstrated experience with the Adobe Suite (including Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator)
  • Strong PC/Mac skills and in coding HTML and CSS
  • Recent design portfolio
  • Video production skills and talent to create short, effective promotional videos
  • Experience producing and managing content on social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube for both paid and organic executions.
  • Previous industry experience in campaign concepts to all channels from print to digital
  • Previous experience in an agency and/or design studio environment
  • Solid understanding of printing processes and procedures
  • Strong understanding of all social media platforms, trends and best practice
  • Ability to deliver high-quality design work whilst meeting tight deadlines
  • Effective communication skills to be able to present and translate ideas across print and digital media platforms
  • Experience with EDM and landing page design
  • Web content development, written and visual
  • Develop, execute and manage email marketing
  • Demonstrated understanding of what makes a clear and effective design
  • Strong writing and communication skills

Additional Information

  • Clear understanding of the flows and the campaign’ strategies for the activation/retention projects
  • Staying up to speed with in-app communication trends. What is technically possible and what industry leaders are doing
  • Support for other website designers in all creative aspects. Mentor and provide constructive feedback to design associate and production associates.
