About the Job

A wonderful opportunity presents itself for a  self motivated and client focussed individual to join a busy professional services organisation in Adelaide CBD.  As the Facilities Assistant/Receptionist you will provide a high level of service in processing and distributing mail/deliveries, ensuring efficient administration of associated paperwork and assisting in maintaining the office environment.

Working in a small corporate team you will manage daily mail activities, maintain stock levels for office equipment, coordinate maintenance of facilities such as meeting rooms, lockers and appliances; support the reception team and manty other activities associated with the seamless running of a busy office.

About you

It is likely you will have worked in a similar corporate role where you can demonstrate efficiency across a range of office coordination functions.  You may have come from a reception background and have displayed the competence to move in to a more challenging role with varying elements of responsibility.  Either way your experience working in a corporate legal, financial, insurance or similar complex environment will mean you can hit the ground running, work at a fast pace, yet maintain high standards and attention to detail.
