Relocation to Queensland, Australia or FIFO from New Zealand

If you’re looking to being part of a team driving the latest food trends across Australia, we have several permanent opportunities available for experienced and qualified Chefs to work across various sites and shifts preparing and cooking breakfast, crib, dinner and desserts. Our chefs are responsible for preparation, ensuring recipes are strictly adhered to as well as deliver the highest quality, consistency, and food safety standards.

 If successful, you may choose to Fly-In-Fly-Out on a 2:1 roster, from New Zealand to our Greater Australia remote sites or Relocate to Queensland Australia for further opportunities.

You must be a New Zealand Citizen, Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident or have full working rights in Australia to apply.

These roles pay will be between $70,119-$80,377  per annum.

Who we are looking for?

If you have a passion for food and thrive in fast-paced environments delivering food to the highest of standards as well as demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and food safety, then we want to hear from you!

To be successful, you will need:

• Trade Certificate, Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent, including international qualifications)
• Previous experience in mass-catering environments (volume/bulk cooking) is highly regarded
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety

·         Drive-in, Drive-out or Fly-in, Fly-out from site pending on location

Fly-in, Fly-out from New Zealand

·         Full time Roster: 14 days on, 7 days off 10 hour shifts

·         First flight from New Zealand to site provided by Sodexo

·         $7,000 travel allowance

·         Accommodation and meals provided while on site
