An opportunity has come available to work across three Brisbane Aged Care Facilities as Head Chef,

In this position you will provide leadership, coordinate and support staff in maintaining a customer focused, engaged and safe working environment across the kitchen.
You will oversee and manage high quality production & budgetary KPI's.

If you are a people person, enjoy leading by example and have the ability to manage your 'hands on' chef duties along with administrative duties such as; ordering, stock control, adherence to budgets and HACCP compliance to the highest standard then, scroll down.

In addition to preparing daily meals you will be tasked to cater for different theme events upon executive chef and client requests from time to time. To be considered for this role you will hold the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Trade Certificate or Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • Food Handling Certificate
  • A strong understanding of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness
  • Strong cooking and food preparation skills including knife skills are essential
  • Flexibility to work a variety of rosters and shifts
  • Full unrestricted working rights within Australia
