About the Job:
This new role will be Full time on a 14/7 roster.  You will be responsible for coordinating all dining room food services and cleaning working closely with the Catering Managers and Head Chef to provide a consistently high level of quality service to our client. You will set up the dining room to specific requirements with an emphasis on quality, you will be managing a team of staff and ensuring a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene in all areas.

About you:

You will have gained experience in leading a small team to deliver to a very high standard. have a high level of organisational, customer service and interpersonal skills. You will take pride in your work, enjoy working in a cohesive team and thrive under pressure. Experience in managing a growing team. High standards of grooming, hygiene and personal presentation are important to you with the desire to excel in every task.
