About the Job

Forget 2020 and welcome 2021 by joining Sodexo and contributing to our 6* client’s impeccable environment!  As the Workplace Manager you will guide a professional corporate reception team providing exceptional customer service to clients and guests as they enter the client floor.  You will drive perfection and professionalism with your outstanding service orientation, attention to the smallest of detail and with your friendly approach.

As the Workplace Manager you will directly contribute to the energy and positivity within this high performing team working for this esteemed international client.  Your key duties will be to manage the reception/concierge desk, coordinate on site events and room management services, coordinate audio visual/SAT/TV equipment, signage, and lock and key services and coordinate 3rd party catering.

The role will be offered on a permanent full time basis working Monday to Friday, uniform provided.

About You

It is expected that the successful incumbent will have an International 5* Hotel background or have operated at this level within an esteemed blue chip environment.

Knowledge and experience with managing and providing solutions for current and future spatial requirements will be highly regarded along with minor facilities management in a hotel or corporate environment.

You will have an absolute service delivery focus, be exceptionally approachable and friendly and exude energy.  Your attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs of the client and guest will set you apart from the crowd.  You can think on your feet and execute change management process to meet changing workplace needs.  You will be supportive and be able to motivate your team to obtain consistent high levels of service.
