About the Job

An outstanding opportunity for a commercially savvy, tertiary qualified, Administration Manager to join Sodexo working in sync with our multinational internet technology company client.  In a dual reporting role to our National Key Account Manager and to the Client you will have a direct impact in to the seamless running of the Sydney office.

Duties will include overseeing meeting rooms and booking coordination, handling office related FM enquiries including logging and escalation of maintenance items, liaison with contractors and other service providers and other general office management duties, all the while being the ultimate communicator to our guests and clients.  

About You

This role requires energy, commitment, flexibility and resilience, in addition to a very detail-oriented individual who is looking to add value in a rewarding, fast-paced and challenging environment. You will be working alongside a team of technology experts and have multiple reporting lines through to the USA, Singapore and in Melbourne.

You will have a professional and positive attitude, be adaptable to changing priorities, have advanced Microsoft suite skills with a strong focus toward efficiency/process improvement. Previous experience as a Team Leader / Office Manager is required to drive and engage a small team of 4 office staff. Applicants who have prior experience in IT Technology or working for other high profile corporate companies along with tertiary qualifications (MBA) will be highly regarded.
