Joining one of our key growth segments, reporting to the Segment Director, the Operations Manager - Healthcare will be working with onsite teams to drive business efficiencies and improve business performance. A key leadership role overseeing multiple sites along the east coast, you will ensure that operational, financial, health & safety and quality KPI’s are being consistently met and deliver improvement projects that demonstrate a commitment to service delivery and reflect our values of “Team Spirit, Service Spirit and Spirit of Progress.”  In addition you will initiate new business opportunities and work with Business Development fostering these prospects.

About you

With a career in the Healthcare industry, your knowledge of service delivery in the market segment along with strong commercial acumen will provide you the grounding to deliver in this challenging role. High level leadership and client management skills along with an innovative approach to problem solving, you will have the ability to work across a number of operational projects focused on delivering business improvements.  Comfortable with business development and ability to drive new opportunities is something that motivates you.  In return, you will be working with a cohesive, focused team in a growing company that provides many career opportunities and growth prospects.
