About the job
Sodexo is currently seeking suitably qualified Service Attendants (Kitchen Hand) for our clients site in South Australia. This is a FIFO position from Adelaide or Port Augusta, or BIBO from Coober Pedy working on a Casual basis - 11 hour days.

Reporting to the Village Manager, you will have excellent customer service skills and ideally mine site experience. Your job may consist of working in the kitchen or dining room, or outside as a domestic cleaner or utility or as a Tavern Attendant. You will conduct all duties using appropriate cleaning methods, following cleaning policies and procedures and be able to complete them with in allocate time frames. You will be required to respond in a timely manner to any adhoc cleaning request that require urgent attention. Time management will be key to this role as you will be allocated specific areas / duties to complete on your allocated shift.

About you
You must have strong safety awareness and safe work ethic with exceptional communication skills. Be well presented at all times.

You must have experience in facility, customer service, office cleaning or a kitchen environment. You have knowledge or training of chemical handling procedures and appropriate cleaning techniques. You will take pride in your work and have commitment to working to a high level of safety.

You have bags of stamina and are fit and healthy, as you will spend the majority of your time on your feet. Your ability to work effectively in a team is very important. This is a hands on role and having a positive can-do attitude is what we are looking for. This position will suit a self-motivated individual who has a flexible mindset and a great team spirit - providing service with a smile!
