If you’re looking to being part of a team driving the latest food trends across Australia, we have several permanent opportunities available for experienced and qualified Line, Sous and Head Chefs, working a Fly-In-Fly-Out 2:1 roster, across Western Australia’s remote sites. 

You must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have Full working rights to apply. These positions are FIFO from Perth, Western Australia only.

Who are we looking for?

If you have a passion for food & work well in a fast-paced environment delivering food to the highest of standards then we want to hear from you!
You will need:

• Australian Trade Certificate / Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is mandatory
• Overseas qualifications also considered 
• Previous experience in mass-catering environments (volume cooking) highly regarded
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate desirable
• Strong knowledge of HACCP / Food Safety
• Comfortable working in large teams and autonomously 
• Prior FIFO experience not mandatory although desirable
