We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Planner and Scheduling Developer interested in joining our team at our Support Office here in Brisbane QLD. This role is Monday to Friday.

About the job

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this position  will provide much needed support throughout your Facilities Maintenance Team therefore frequent and regular trips top site.

The Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Developer will be responsible for the development of maintenance policies in line with contract scope of works to deliver a platform of PM and RM works in the FM space. You will be responsible for generating, managing and reporting on the monthly PM schedule. Ensuring the CMMS tracks and manages the Critical asset policies in line with the Maintenance Management Plan. Undertake regular inspections and audits of work groups and systems to ensure conformance with Quality Systems, Health and Safety Policies, Environment and other Operational Services Contract requirements. High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite - Word / Excel). Well developed time management, prioritisation and communication skills.  Knowledge of INX , MEX, Riteq (or other CMMS) and Microsoft Office applications 

About You

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a similar role. You will demonstrate effective leadership skills, have an excellent work ethic with a focus on providing outstanding service in order to meet contract obligations, you will have a high level of knowledge and understanding of safety in the workplace experienced with administration, planning and scheduling. Oil & gas industry knowledge with an understanding in Asset Management and Facilities Maintenance, must have extensive experience with the MEX system over multi site projects

Diligence and attention to detail are of high importance in this role as well as a sense of urgency for meeting deadlines. The position will suit an organised, motivated and driven candidate who loves working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders, therefore, your ability to communicate effectively and build and develop strong working relationships is critical.
