We are currently hiring experienced Security Officers for Full time and Casual positions on a FIFO 2:1 roster. These positions are based across various sites in the Eastern Pilbara, WA. Sodexo cover all on boarding costs including pre-employment medicals, inductions and provide PPE to successful applicants.

Please note- Point of Hire is Perth, Western Australia.

Gatehouse duties may include:

• Breathalyser testing for drivers entering and departing from site
• Recording all vehicle movements
• Completing Visitor Inductions
• Liaising with Project personnel to advise arrival of deliveries vehicles and confirm availability of vehicle escorts by Contractors
• Security of entry to Project site
• Completing reports
• Other duties as required

Village Security duties my include:

• Roaming patrols of village grounds
• Clearing of licensed premises in line with Liquor License requirements
• Noise monitoring
• Behaviour monitoring
• Checking facilities are locked  and opened as per operating hours
• Assist residents with queries or issues
• Completing daily Security Log
• Completion of Incident reports
• Other duties as required

• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Minimum Cert II in Security Operations essential
• Crowd Control License
• Current Security Officer license
• Experience with both gatehouse and village security duties
• Excellent people management and communication skills
• Flexible with rosters/shifts
