About the Job

You will be surrounded by a supportive team of like-minded consultants who work hard, think fast and have fun filling high volume vacancies. Your position will find you responsible for the dedicated recruitment of an expansion project on an existing contract in the Pilbara. You will have the support of the team to help you achieve your start dates and targets and ensure the right candidates are selected to join the Sodexo teams on site. Although the role will start out on a temporary basis working Monday – Friday, there may be an opportunity to extend or even go permanent at the completion of the project given the current forecasted workloads.

About You

You always think in terms of great outcomes and are solution focused. You’re highly adaptable and enjoy finding a way to crack-on in situations where you don’t have all the answers (until you find them). You have high-volume recruitment experience and enjoy an autonomous working environment where you contribute to team-based targets. Your strengths are resilience and you enjoy learning new skills and processes quickly.

Experience:

• minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably high volume
• experience recruiting in the resources or hospitality industries is highly desirable

Skills:

• intermediate skills with the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
• excellent relationship and time management skills
• ability to problem solve and make recommendations on improving processes or procedures
