About the Job

Due to growth Sodexo are seeking passionate, customer service centric professionals to join our Corporate teams across Melbourne, where you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional experience for our client’s guests.

These are unbelievable opportunities where you can bring your impeccable Concierge skills into our prestigious corporate environments servicing our clients guest arrival requirements. 

We have permanent full time roles (Monday-Friday) for experienced professionals to work with our passionate and motivated teams based across client sites within Melbourne's CBD. 

About You

These are outstanding opportunities for outstanding applicants who love to provide high levels of customer service, who enjoy a fast paced and busy environment and who understand the difference a smile and some helpful advice can make to a visitor's day.

We are offering true career opportunities for highly experienced individuals who have either managed the front desk of a large five star hotel or that of a corporate building.

You will have an unwavering ability to provide nothing but perfection in your guest interactions, pride in the service you provide and the ability to thrive and remain calm under pressure. It will come without saying that you have high standards of communication, impeccable grooming and personal presentation and a desire to excel in every task you undertake. 

You will have an extremely high attention to detail in your approach and have a proven history in providing a warm an embracing guest service within an environment that requires adherence to regulations and site safety standards.

The successful applicant will also be required to complete the on boarding process for Sodexo which includes a medical, police clearance and on-line learning.
