The Role

We are looking to employ Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team at our site in Terrigal.  This role will be offered as a permanent part time position, working up to a maximum of 37.5 hours per week.  Your shifts will be between 5 to 7.5 hours in duration across any week day and also over the weekends in the morning between 8.00 am and 15.30 pm. It is essential that you are available over the weekends and not just weekdays.  As a Room Attendant you will have cleaning experience, preferably within a hotel environment. You will assist the Housekeeping team with general room cleaning and also back of house staff area cleaning and all hotel public areas; all the while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and ensuring timely service delivery.This role will provide cross training opportunities between public area cleaning and domestic cleaning.

About you

Ideally you will be an experienced Room Attendant having worked in a 3-5 star hotel or be an experienced cleaning professional.

Your experience will have covered preparing and cleaning rooms, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms to very high standards with an absolute commitment to workplace health and safety.

You will pride yourself on your attention to detail, good presentation skills and be self-motivated to achieve high quality results for our client and guests. Your friendly and customer focused disposition will  ensure that you exceed our guest expectations on all occasions.  Full site specific training will be provided so a willingness to learn will be essential.
