This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our evolving Energy & Resources HR team. This is a full-time role at our Perth Support Centre based in Balcatta with free on-site parking and flexible working arrangements.

This means you can focus on sourcing the best talent and consulting with your key stakeholders instead of getting sucked into arduous admin. Our service delivery, candidate experience and relationship management with Operations are our main priorities.

About You

You always think in terms of great outcomes and are solution focused. You’re highly adaptable, love questioning inefficiencies, making improvement recommendations and finding a way to crack-on in situations where you don’t have all the answers (until you find them). You have worked in high-volume recruitment experience and enjoy an autonomous working environment where you contribute to team-based targets. Your superpower is resilience and your glass is always half full... of coffee and sometimes wine (at our end-of-month social drinks).

Please note experience recruiting in the resources or hospitality industries is highly desirable.
