About the job
We are looking for a dynamic property manager to join our regional property management team. You’ll be an integral part of the day-to-day operations in the region and will be supported by the Balcatta Support Centre property management team. This is a Monday to Friday position located in our Karratha office.

You’ll be responsible for keeping accurate records for tenants and clients, completing tenancy inspections & property assessments, managing housing applications & assessment reviews and managing in-going and out-going tenancies according to Company processes. You will be required to achieve a high occupancy rate within your active property portfolio whilst ensuring maintenance tasks are reported, actioned & recorded and that tenant damage is subject to our cost recovery procedure.

Relocation Assistance
We’re happy to help you relocate to Karratha and acknowledge that relocating for work can be a challenge. To make the relocation process a little easier, we are able to offer 3 financial components in addition to your salary:

  • Long Term Retention Bonus – $15,000 (subject to Company policy) 
  • Relocation Assistance – $6,000 (subject to Company policy)
  • Regional Living Allowance – $12,000 (per annum) 

About You
To be successful in this role you will ideally have more than 3 years of experience in residential property management along with your property management license. You’ll need to be comfortable with managing your own work load and schedule to ensure targets are met. You’ll be a hardworking, positive and results oriented member of a dynamic team dealing with a portfolio of over 100 properties. You’ll regularly be working under pressure and will have to liaise with a variety of people from tenants to management at all levels.

Knowledge of facilities management and property administration will give you a huge advantage in this role. Having the ability to take ownership of your role is crucial. We’re a customer/client focused service provider so you’ll need to ensure that your stakeholder management skills are operating at a high level, at all times. This position will suit a well organised and self-motivated individual who is able to listen to customer needs and provide expert service and communicate in a friendly manner, providing service with a smile.
