About the job

Due to ongoing growth in our Corporate segment, we are seeking applications from experienced Facilities Managers. This role will see you deploy, implement and coordinate hard & soft services facility management solutions across multiple sites in Sydney. The functions falling under your direct management will include but not limited to day to day management of FM services including Reception, Security & Cleaning. You will also be responsible for budget management and reporting, strategic Asset Management and life-cycle governance on capital programming.

About you

Client and relationship management is key to success in this role. You bring with you prior experience in facilities management delivery including hard and soft services, you will have demonstrated competency across WHS, QA and ideally environmental legislation and systems. You will have the ability to quickly assess the client’s immediate needs in their facilities, implement continuous improvement initiatives whilst engaging with people of all levels to effectively manage client, employee and subcontractor relationships.  Financial acumen is a requirement along with the ability to ensure contract performance targets are met. Experience using Maximo or a similar CMMS will be highly regarded. You are a strong leader of teams, highly organised, systems and compliance orientated and have strong administration skills. The ability to manage and execute projects will be highly regarded.
