About the Job

Reporting to the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, you will be involved in all aspects of general carpentry, including planning and coordination of your own jobs, management of appropriate stock levels and liaison with key stakeholders.  You will have a variety of carpentry jobs on a weekly basis and work amidst a team of qualified trades people on site across planned and reactive maintenance on client sites across Karratha. You will have broad general HSE awareness in order to be able to contribute to the business and willingly follow safety guidelines and ensuring work is carried out to safe and compliant standard.

Working on the Woodside contract is a fantastic experience and you would be joining an excellent team who are contributing extensively to the effective day to day operations and providing a consistent service for our customer.

This position is offered residentially only on an 89:6 roster, FIFO will NOT be considered.

About You

You will be an accomplished Carpenter with a valid Australian Carpentry Trade Qualification and have experience across both commercial and industrial sectors long with demonstrated experience in all aspects of general carpentry.   Your extensive demonstrated experience across reactive and preventative maintenance will be regarded highly by our team onsite.

Your positive attitude and well versed communication skills will enable you to build and maintain excellent relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure prompt and professional service while dealing with all stakeholders

The position will suit a well organised and self-motivated individual who is able to listen to customer needs and provide expert service and communicate in a friendly manner.  You are someone who is passionate about adhering to high safety standards and you possess a strong knowledge of all associated health and safety standards gained within large commercial industry.
