About the job:

Reporting directly to the service desk team leader you will be responding to incoming phone and system generated customer requests to ensure inquiries and issues are responded to promptly and accurately. These inquiries are extremely varied and can range from facility/property maintenance enquirers to logging journey management plans. It is important that standard operating procedures and making use of call triage scripts are adhered to, to consistently provide accurate responses to all client inquiries.

You will use your initiative and show empathy to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction is always achieved. Our team strive to promote an environment and culture of team work, clear communication and continuous improvement.

About you:

You will have experience working in customer service teams, ideally in an inbound contact centre environment. You'll have passion for excellence and treat customers with a highly developed sense of integrity and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You must be able to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders (clients, vendors, contractors etc.) in a professional manner. You'll possess a willingness to learn and continually improve/develop your own performance. You will have excellent verbal & written communication skills and excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Important Note:

- This is a 7-day operation; you must be able to work a rotating 7-day roster and be available to work on public holidays

- Shifts can be any time between 5am and 10pm

- Ideally, we are seeking applicants with immediate availability
