You’re highly adaptable, love questioning inefficiencies, making improvement recommendations and finding a way to crack-on in situations where you don’t have all the answers (until you find them). You have oodles of high-volume recruitment experience and enjoy an autonomous working environment where you contribute to team-based targets. Your superpower is resilience and your glass is always half full... of coffee and sometimes wine (at our end-of-month social drinks).

Qualifications

Education:

  • bachelor's degree (preferred)
Experience:
  • minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably high volume
  • experience recruiting in the resources or hospitality industries is highly desirable
Skills:
  • intermediate skills with the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • excellent relationship and time management skills
  • ability to problem solve and make recommendations on improving processes or procedures
