About the role
Your role will be to support operations meet and exceed our high expectations around employing, mentoring and promoting indigenous Australians into roles across all levels, so having strong stakeholder management skills will be important.
Leveraging your personal networks and working with a broad range of traditional owner groups, government bodies and Indigenous labour hire providers will be key in fostering long term partnerships, expanding our current sourcing channels and promoting our brand as an employer who is passionate about closing gaps and changing lives.
