This is an exciting opportunity for suitably qualified and experienced Plumbers  to join our Building Maintenance team working at Olympic Dam Village - South Australia

This position will suit a driven and self-motivated individual who is hard working, reliable and one who isn’t afraid of getting his/ her hands dirty. This is a FIFO Adelaide based role, working a 2:1 roster 11 hour days

About the job

To be successful in this role you will be experienced and hold relevant qualifications and licenses.You have bags of stamina and are fit and healthy, you have a positive and can-do attitude with the ability to work alone and or within a team. Reporting to the Lead Maintenance Supervisor, you will have experience across both domestic and commercial sectors and have demonstrated experience in all aspects of plumbing maintenance and preventative works.

The key deliverable of this position will include carrying out necessary plumbing investigations, ensuring all plumbing mandatory and statutory testing and maintenance is carried out and recorded, reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance and repairing and servicing equipment. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, can work to high safety standards and has sound communication skills

About you

You have strong experience completing component replacements, camp maintenance and inspections to an agreed schedule and assisting with the provision of mechanical and associated services and duties to contribute to the smooth overall running of the project. You'll be able to build and maintain excellent relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure prompt and professional service in dealing with all stakeholders
