The Grounds and Maintenance utility will be responsible for maintaining the village gardens. lawns and public areas. The role also involves handyman work throughout the village as required. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, tasks include but not limited to:

- Lawn mowing, sowing, planting, watering and fertalising lawns and garden areas

- Cleaning of carparks and public areas

- Compiling accurate maintenance records

- Rubbish collection and disposal

- General handyman tasks as required

- Forklift work

Experience in a similar role

- C class drivers licensce
