About the job

Sodexo is currently seeking qualified Grounds Maintenance Utilities – for Base Camp Chinchilla. Local hire is preferred.

This is a full-time, 10:4 roster local hire. Reporting to the Village Manager, your main responsibilities will be to deliver various Utility and Grounds services as part of a team. You must also be willing to provide a broad range of assistance to other services provided by Sodexo, such as assisting in the kitchen, housekeeping and any other areas that require your assistance as needed.  You will be required to attend to the maintenance of grounds areas, unloading and loading equipment, and general manual labour.

About you
You must understand the safe usage of related chemicals, fertilisers, poisons and pesticides, as well as strong safety awareness and safe work ethic. You must have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and be well-presented. You must also display flexibility and a willingness to work across all areas and tasks.
