We are currently looking for a suitable IS&T Support Analysts to join our team in the Balcatta Support Centre. 

About the job

We are currently looking for an IS&T Support Analyst who will be responsible for building, provisioning and deploying computer hardware such as desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile phones and point of sale for a large-scale project.  Additionally, the position is responsible for providing effective level 1 desktop support to the Perth office when the primary build and deploy objectives have been completed. The position also contributes to the administration and support of information and office systems (Software and Hardware), applications and the telephony system.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

General service desk requests including: User management and access control, Software installation and support, Incident identification & management, Building, provisioning and deploying computer assets such as laptops, desktops, tablets (Android & iOS), smartphones, printers, internet modems (Cisco Meraki), EFTPOS and Micros Point of Sale, As a subject matter expert we expect you to maintain and continually improve the delivery and support of Sodexo Australia’s technical and administrative systems.  As well as arrange logistics for the shipping and receipt of computer hardware and other IT goods. You are also required to ensure all relevant ICT records are updated whenever appropriate, such as the Asset database, site address information etc. Provide walk-in’s and email support; including technical advice to staff and clients. 

About you

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have very strong knowledge with Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10. Be competent or knowledgeable of Mobile Device Management solutions, have IT related qualifications, have strong time management skills and have an abundance of patience with internal customers.
