This is an exciting opportunity for an administrator who likes to help make a difference. Working Monday – Friday, based in our Balcatta office this is a full-time opportunity for immediate commencement.

About the job

Reporting to the Funding Acquisition Manager you will play a key role in administering processes and documentation associated with traineeships and apprenticeships. You will liaise with trainees, apprentices and relevant managers to ensure that learners are supported and assist with various reporting requirements. Your role will have a core focus of transactional administrative tasks that you will need to balance with some reporting and other tasks so it’s important that you get a kick out of entering that data!

About you

You will be a team player with strong communication skills and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. You will bring an established work ethic that enables you to work autonomously as required and to ensure reliability for our business requirements.

If you have an interest in the training and development of others in addition to building rapport quickly and easily with others then this role could be a great fit for you.

Working in our industry can mean regular changes to processes and requirements therefore when something doesn’t go to plan or challenges arise you will need to be someone who can adapt quickly, remain focussed and be flexible in order to stay on top of your work.
