About the job
Sodexo is currently seeking suitably qualified and experienced Night Supervisor/Service Attendant to join our team working full time on our client's mine site. The site is Prominant Hill and this is a full time position. FIFO from Adelaide working a 14 days on, 7 days off roster - 11 hours per shift. You will be required to work 1 week Night Shift Supervisor, 1 week Service Attendant.

To be successful you must have supervisory experience within a mine site/ village environment. It is imperative that you are organised and possess a mature and professional approach especially during times of pressure. Reporting to the Village Manager, you will have excellent customer service skills.

The team focus will be to clean various rooms, amenities and offices, collect and dispose of rubbish, ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and that chemicals and products are used safely. As an employee of Sodexo, it is important that you have a positive, can-do attitude along with an adaptable mindset. If we can show these qualities from a supervisory level, then this should have a positive impact on our cleaning department.

About you

You will demonstrate effective leadership skills, have an excellent work ethic with a focus on providing outstanding service in order to meet contract obligations, you will have a high level of knowledge and understanding of safety in the workplace.

You will be able to provide prompt and professional service when dealing with all stakeholders, display a strong team focus, excellent time management skills and ensure that the service is carried out to the client’s standards.
