HR Shared Services Manager

A key leadership role for national HR Shared Services function, you will be charged with driving efficiencies and productivity of a sizable HR advisory and administration function. Your focus will be on team leadership and key stakeholder management across all segments nationally and ensure advice being provided by the HR People Centre is aligned with Sodexo’s policies and procedures along with legal requirements. Additionally your specialist knowledge of employee relations and particularly employment contracts will be utilised to support the team. You will also oversee a number of HR projects focused on driving efficiencies and meeting the constantly expanding workforce needs by implementing new technologies to the Shared Service function.
You will be a strategic minded senior HR leadership professional who enjoys leading teams through a continuously changing landscape and be able to build each individuals capability. A solid understanding of various industrial instruments will set you up to be able to operate in a challenging industrial and commercial landscape. You will be an adaptable individual who can juggle competing priorities and solve problems with innovative solutions. Comfortable with HR technologies, a background in payroll transformation projects is highly desirable.
