IFMS IS&T Application Specialist (D365 F&O / Dynamics AX)

We are currently looking for an IS&T Application Specialist with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 or Dynamics AX) Experience to join our team in Balcatta WA.

We are currently looking for an IS&T Application Specialist with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 or Dynamics AX) Experience. Reporting to the IS&T Operations Manager you will be responsible for the application, including the current and ongoing development of the application, and future architectural alignment with business objectives to lead, design and execute objectives to meet deliverables.

 Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

 Advise on potential functional and technical design improvements, provide Level 2/3 technical support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O), Troubleshoot integration issues between Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics 365 F&O, SharePoint Online data warehouse and other enterprise FM applications, Configuration of Microsoft applications, meeting business demand and quality requirements, Interface with 3rd party support providers and systems integrators in relation to support escalations and transition of project deliverables

About you

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have very strong knowledge with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 or Dynamics AX). Have tertiary qualifications in comuter science or related fields,  have Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 F&O and/or Dynamics AX, experience delivering training to Level 1 support teams, experience in delivering design and build documentation
