IFMS Senior IS&T Application Specialist

 We are currently looking for a Senior IS&T Application Specialist with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Experience to join our team in Balcatta WA.

We are currently looking for a Senior IS&T Application Specialist with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Experience. Reporting to the IS&T Operations Manager you will be responsible for the application, including the current and ongoing development of the application, and future architectural alignment with business objectives to lead, design and execute objectives to meet deliverables.

 Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

 Advise on architecture and design improvements, implement changes to the solution in coordination with incoming project and change execution activities, provide leadership and be an escalation resource to Level 2/3 technical support teams of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SharePoint Online applications, be a senior resource in the enhancement and troubleshooting of application integration issues between Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics 365 for Operations, SharePoint Online data warehouse and other enterprise FM applications, Interface with 3rd party support providers and systems integrators in relation to support escalations and transition of project deliverables.

 About you

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have very strong knowledge with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) in a design and development role, have had exposure to varied Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure and SaaS Project. You will also have strong written and verbal communications skills, experience with the development of systems integration and designing and developing solution architectures.
