About the role

Are you looking to take your functions/high end restaurant experience into a corporate catering environment?  Looking for work/life balance working Monday – Friday - about 25 hours per week?

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Catering Supervisor for one of our high profile sites in Adelaide’s CBD. You will be responsible for overseeing all boardroom and meeting room food and beverage service including overseeing function set up and break down, managing a team of staff and ensuring a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene in all areas – front and back of house.   

About you

Coming from a 5 star hotel background, corporate catering/boardroom, a-la-carte or high end restaurant background, you will have gained experience in leading a small team to deliver to a very high standard.  High level organisational, customer service and interpersonal skills you will take pride in your work, enjoy working in a cohesive team and thrive under pressure.  High standards of grooming, hygiene and personal presentation are important to you with the desire to excel in every task. Barista skills are also a bonus and a current SA RSA is a must.
