Customer Services Manager

We currently have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Customer Services Manager (CSM) join our team at our client sites in North Parramatta.

As the CSM your core focus will be on resident welfare and the smooth running of the operation with their needs at heart. Managing rosters and efficient operations for the kitchen, dining and laundry teams, you will also work with the Head Chef on meal planning and resident engagement, interacting with residents to gather feedback and deliver true quality of life outcomes.

You are genuinely people focused and passionate about working with purpose. With experience managing multiple teams in a cohesive way, you will deliver on contract KPI’s, manage budgets effectively and be able to identify areas of improvement. Experience in an aged care or health care environment is not essential, as your skills and experience gained in the hospitality, retail or tourism sector (or similar) will be perfect in this role.
