Sodexo are seeking suitably qualified and experienced Bus Drivers/Service Attendants to join our team on our clients mine site based 200km inland from Geraldton, WA.

About the Role:

The Sodexo Remotes Sites team are seeking individuals who have strong experience working:

• In a similar role; Driving buses
• in remote areas and on mine-sites.

We are seeking bus driving applicants who live local to Geraldton who can transport locals to and from the mine site that is 200km from town.  You will work on an ongoing roster of 5:2 or 2:1 Roster (Drive In / Drive Out) staying at site during this time.

Bus Driving will be approximately 30% of the time, whilst 70% you will be part of our site service attendant team supporting with cleaning and other various site service duties.

About You:

To be successful in this role it is essential that you hold a Full, clean manual WA HR Driving Licence (along with F  endorsement) and Senior First Aid qualification, this can be completed should you be the successful applicant.

You are a customer focused individual who has experience driving buses/coaches, ideally within a mining or remote environment. You have bags of stamina and are fit and healthy, as you will spend the majority of your time on your feet when you are not driving the buses. Your ability to work effectively in teams and have a keen eye for detail is essential.

The position will suit a well organised and self-motivated individual who is able to listen to customer needs and provide expert service and communicate in a friendly manner, providing service with a smile. You are someone who is passionate about following strict hygiene practices and adhering to high safety standards and you possess a strong knowledge of manual handling techniques.
