About the job
In this busy and varied role you will be the go to person when someone needs to book a meeting room on our client room floor, manging the availability through our online booking system. You will maintain the function rooms and public areas, set up audio visual equipment and assist with concierge and board room waiting duties when you can.
You will pride yourself on your great customer service skills which you may have gained within hospitality, hotel or corporate industry. Good computer skills will be required and full training on the the use of the online booking system will be provided. You will pride yourself on your presentation and communication skills and possess a pleasant and welcoming manner. A great step into the corporate world with hours during Monday to Friday.
