About the role

We currently have a rare, exciting opportunity for an experienced Barista to work for our high profile site PwC in Sydney’s prestige Barangaroo location. You will be responsible for supporting management with the service requirements as well as set up and breakdown of all events and catering.
Some duties may include preparation and delivery beverage services to all meeting rooms and clients accordingly, to engage in general cleaning, dishwashing and catering area maintenance as required, respond to all client & Sodexo requests as required, be flexible in regards to working hours and follow all WHS procedures.

About you

We are searching for a superstar who is willing to go ‘above and beyond’ in their role.
You must be able to work independently as well as part of a team to deliver expected outcomes and deliver to a very high standard.
You must be proficient in the use of a 2 group coffee machine and grinder, making a range of espresso coffees and other gourmet beverages.
Previous corporate, boardroom and high end restaurant experience is high advantageous.
You will take pride in the beverages you produce and aim to achieve high levels of customer service.
You will thrive under pressure whilst still achieving consistency of a high standard.
Grooming, hygiene and personal presentation are important to you with the desire to excel in every task. Previous experience in a Michelin star or Hatted venue is highly regarded.
