Sodexo are looking for an experienced Site Accounts Officer to join our team in Karratha, this is a non FIFO role.

Working a 5:2 roster your point of hire will be Karratha and surrounding areas.

Job Description

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position will provide much needed Administration and Accounts support allocating and processing of invoices which will come with a high level of data entry and advanced administrative duties. Working to deadlines for processing, scheduling, scanning and submitting of weekly invoices including accounts reconciliations.

As you will be the first point of contact for numerous employees and contractors you will have exceptional customers service skills with a focus on quality and efficiency. 


To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a similar role, experienced with administration, accounts and scheduling. An advanced level of (Microsoft Office Suite - Word / Excel - Macro programming for applications,Functions, V Lookup & Pivot Tables). Diligence and attention to detail are of high importance in this role as well as a sense of urgency for meeting deadlines.

The position will suit an organised, motivated and driven Administrator with accounts background who loves working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders, therefore, your ability to communicate effectively and build and develop strong working relationships is critical.
