This is a fantastic opportunity to come and be part of our growing and vibrant Building Maintenance team. This is a Weipa, Town-Based role. We are not offering FIFO and we highly encourage local residents to apply. Working a Monday - Friday roster with occasional on-call requirements, 11 hours per day. Excellent salary package with a bonus local living allowance

Reporting to the Facilities Maintenance Manager you will support Weipa Town Services by providing excellent service in your department of expertise. These positions come with varied duties, challenges and safety is the first priority.

About You:

To be successful in this role you will be experienced and hold relevant qualifications and licenses for your particular trade. The successful candidates should be fit and healthy, as you will spend the majority of your time on your feet. A positive and can-do attitude with the ability to work alone and or within a team.

This position will suit a driven and self-motivated individual who is hard working, reliable and one who isn’t afraid of getting his/ her hands dirty. You are able to listen to customer needs and provide expert service and communicate in a friendly manner.
