Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a friendly and welcoming experienced Receptionist at one of our Corporate site in Pyrmont - Sydney.

You will be responsible for managing a busy switchboard, greeting visitors and providing continuous improvement to their operations.

About the job

This role will be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors on site, managing switchboard and phone duties, planning and preparation of client meetings, providing car park access and managing visitor parking, administration support of phone lists, staff ID cards and temporary issue cards and assist with mailroom duties when required. 

About you

To be successful in this role you will have reception and mailroom experience in a corporate/ boardroom environment along with excellent customer service and communication skills. You will be able to plan and prepare client meetings, have strong
relationship building skills and the ability to work autonomously. Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills are also a requirement.
