About the job

The role of National IR Manager will be charged with the delivery of innovative and commercial industrial relations advice and service to all levels of management.  You will be challenged with creating substantial change in the organisation’s IR systems of work, processes and practices, and influencing management across the company to drive proactive, commercial and innovative planning and delivery.

About you

Prior experience at a senior level in a complex matrix based organization, you will be a seasoned IR professional with well-developed analytical, interpersonal and influencing skills.  Demonstrable experience in the successful development and implementation of IR strategies, tactical plans, frameworks, systems, and processes is essential.  An ability to make and articulate complex judgements, a depth of experience in IR law, with a focus on the operation of awards and enterprise agreements, you will also be comfortable with all employment aspects of business acquisitions, workforce outsourcing and workplace transformations.
