Our remote site based in the Northern Territory is seeking a highly skilled Site Administrator, FIFO, ex Darwin, Alice Springs or Perth on a 2:1 roster.

As the Site Administrator you will coordinate and manage flight and accommodation booking requirements, ensuring they reflect the roster and staffing needs of the business.  You will coordinate site accommodation for contractors and maintain this through the INX InFlight booking system.  You will be required to generate reports, data entry, create profiles and maintain accurate personnel records and complete other adhoc administrative duties as required.

As you will be the first point of contact for numerous emloyees and contractors you will have exceptional customers service skills with a focus on quality and efficiency.

It is imperative that you have INX Inflight program experience coupled with advanced Microsoft suite skills in order to effectively managed and coordinate the requirements of this role.
