Sodexo are looking for experienced Property Officer to join our Property Management team based in Wickham, WA.

 

About the Role:

The Property Officer is integral to the effective day to day operations of the Property Management team. You will work with a supportive and encouraging team who are very positive, hardworking and results oriented. You will ensure the effective management of the single client property portfolio, including tasks such as applications, inspections, bonds and outgoings tenancy procedures.

Reporting to the Housing Manager working Monday to Friday with no weekend work this is a Wickham town based role and we highly encourage local residents to apply. A company phone will be provided and you will also have access to a fleet car whilst on duty.

It is imperative that an exceptional level of communication and customer service is delivered to our tenants, clients and stakeholders. You will receive regular support from our head office property team and the local building maintenance department. Administration of the property database and portfolio is also a key part of the role as well as ensuring with regulatory, company and client manuals are followed and implemented on a daily basis.

About You:

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 2-5years experience working in Residential Property Management and certified with Cert IV or Diploma in Property Management. You will have experience managing your own work schedule and ensuring targets are met. You possess a positive, can-do team attitude, being able to work under pressure and have the ability to work with a variety of people from all management levels. Advanced computing and system management knowledge is very important.
